What Will The Massage Session Entail?
At your first session with me, you will receive a free confidential consultation which generally takes about fifteen minutes, to enable me to build up a picture to determine your individual requirements.
What Garments Will I Need To Remove?
A full body massage will require you to remove your clothing with the exception of your under-garments below your waist. You will also be asked to remove any jewellery around your neck and wrist.
What Preparations Do I Need To Do Prior To My Visit?
- I recommend that you do not eat a big meal a good hour before the session as this may give you indigestion.
- Drink plenty of water before the session, to start the process of flushing out toxins from the body.
